What We are THANKFUL For

       We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at our house.  We were thankful that we could all be together.  It has been a rough last month for our family with the loss of two grandparents (my grandmother and Charlies grandfather), but we are doing the best we can.  We know that they might not have been sitting with us at the table, but they were still with us.  It has been hard trying to find the right words for a 4 year old to understand, but Hannah is smart beyond her years.  She has been handling everything very well.   

       My parents and Charlies parents and his brother spent Thanksgiving Day with us.  Connor Jack loved eating (his favorites-GREEN BEANS, stuffing, ham).  We enjoyed turkey and stuffing, ham, mashed pot and gravy,  sweet pot, green beans, noodles, cranberries, homemade rolls, pumpkin pie, and turkey cookies.

The Movies

I slept in late today which is something that I never do.  Hannah has been asking to go and see Madagascar Escape to Africa so when Charlie was watching the Buckeyes Mimmie and I took her to the movies.  It was really a cute movie.  You can see Hannah modeling her new hat and vest. 

My Fall Babies

I wanted to post these fall pics.   They are a little late, but I'm glad I got them when I did because we have since been invaded by snow.  I have been experimenting with photography a little.  These were taken at a local park close to home.  Hannah was all into getting her picture taken, she loves to pose for the camera.  Connor on the other hand would not sit still.  He wanted nothing to do with still photography, he wanted all action shots.  I think I got a few good ones.  What do ya think????

The Bloggy World and A Birthday

I am new to this whole blogging world, but what can I say, I just love it.  I first began reading Angie Smith's blog (Audrey Caroline blogspot) about 6 months ago.  She is really an amazing woman and has touched so many lives with her faith and family's story.  If you want to feel like a changed person you should stop by her blog and start from the beginning.

Hannah had so much fun in the snow today.  She started asking me if she could go out and play in the snow the minute she woke up this morning.  I promised her that when she got home from preschool she could have "fun in the snow."   I did have to make a quick trip to Target for snow pants and a new jacket.  She looked so cute all bundled up.
